Okay the top places to shop that are crazy affordable are 1- Forever 21- They always have great styles that can work on anybody and almost any age. 2- Wet Seal- They are alittle more vintage, and a little more up to date and again extremely affordable. The styles there are incredible and any piece that you buy there is a definate knock out. 3- Rave- Newly named- LOLA- again great fashion and really cheap- but with this store you kind of have to watch out for the repeats in fashion. Remember love just because the store is selling it to you new, doesn't mean that the style is new. Hope I helped-
