I don't think so, but if you mix toothpaste with a little water, it helps.

Lol, such a bright idea. You can snack on the sandwich tho.
As for the scratches, darn it shouldnt hae been there in the first place, as scratches mean- byebye damaged CD.
Do you have the originals? Just rewrite the entire CD and this time, take better care of it.
