You can do a pregnancy test up to 5 days before your missed period. You just have to read the boxes. But still even if you do get that one I would say wait until after you've missed your period before taking the test. If you take it too soon it could be neg. even if you are pregnant. Just because your hormone level may not be high enough until after you have missed your period. So I would wait to take one just so that I would be sure to get an accurate reading.

If you are about a week late I would say the test would be 100% accurate. But why wait a worry if the result is wrong you should go into the clinic they can quickly take a blood test and or a urine test and be 100% accurate on what there result says. Good luck. I hope you get the result that you want.

well home tests are never 100% accurate... the best way to find out would be to set up an appt with your doc for a blood test... that it never wrong... but usually with a home test... you are supposed to wait until you miss a period and then try... with both of my pregnancies i took a home test just 2 weeks from the time i thought i could've gotten pregnant... and they were both clear as day that i was!!! good luck sweetie

FOREVER
After your due period date but tests are so good these days that you should be able to find out sooner. Do the test first thing in the morning. Although you can never get 100%. Stronger hormones then. start taking folic acid now incase.

I would wait about 2 weeks from the time you think you conceived or two days after your missed period.
