IPAQ2200 cant remove prog icon from prog screen after programme removed in add/rem. Can anyone help please?

Go to the File Explorer, click on the My Documents button at the top of the window and select My Device, go to Windows, then Start Menu, then Programs. You should see the old icon in there - hold the stylus down on it and select Delete from the pop-up menu.

should beable to click on icon and slide it to recycle bin.If not right click on icon and delete.
