I absolutely suck when it comes to anything involving math. I have a simple question: what is12% of $250?

First change the percent to a decimal. To do this, change the % sign to a decimal point and the move the decimal point two places to the left. Thus 12% =.12

Now multipl this decimal by $250
.12* $250 = $30
