I have had 3 abortions. The first one I was 16 and my mother made the decision for me. I had no choice. At 16 I don't think I really even thought about it afterwards. The second time I had just had a miscarriage. My OBGYN had left me on bedrest bleeding and passing blood clots the size of a golf ball for over a week before doing a D & C. So, when I started having this problem in a pregnancy right after that miscarriage I knew what was to come and I did not want to lay in bed in pain, bleeding for a week before my doctor would do anything. I opted to just have an abortion and end it sooner. I did not feel guilty because I was already in the stages of miscarrying. My third abortion was when I got pregnant with a b/f who's mother made life miserable for us together. I already had a child with a man that was vindictive and cruel and I was fighting him all of the time to keep my baby. When I got pregnant by this other man I could see myself going through it with two different families and I just wasn't strong enough to do it. His mother who has money told me if I ever got pregnant she would take the baby from me. I was young at the time and I believed that money was all it took. I was wrong but I still think the choice was right for me. It may have been selfish and yes, I should have been using protection. I felt guilty before and after the surgery but I am the one that has to live with this decision. What really makes me mad about the b/f's mom was after this all happened (she never knew I was pregnant) she told me to my face that she believed I was with her son because I wanted to get pregnant and trap him. Little did she know I had already been pregnant and I chose not to trap myself with her son or her. Take care.

Never had one. My Eldest sister did when she got German measles and the chances of ending up with a stillborn or retarded child seemed likely. She discussed it with her husband and the entire family before choosing to. She feels guilty to this day and she had actual health concerns!

I have an aquaintence who has had multiple abortions, because she sees it as nothing more than birth control and feels absolutely nothing.

So what you need to decide is are you a human being or some skeezer who doesn't want to grow up.
