Stop being a tag along. If they're leaving you behind then you need to express your feelings to not one but both of them. Tell that them you don't want to feel left out, you want everyone to be equal. Maybe they're not realizing that they're leaving you out. If you bring it to their attention then they may make an effort to not leave you out and more of an effort to include everyone.
Remember, nothing can be solved without expressing how you feel, so it's always best to tell people exactly how you're feeling.. they probably don't know they're doing this, although it is quite common in females to feel left out in little "cliques".

Tell them that you are feeling left out. If they still act like you are invisible, then I would try and hang out with another friend more. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me my freshman year in high school and my friend of 6 years ditched me for a girl she met in 8th grade. I tried talking to them about it and they wanted nothing to do with me because I would not go against my morals. So, I made new friends and I couldn't be happier. So, whatever happens, don't compromise your morals for them. Real friends shouldn't make you feel like you have to be something you're not.

no don't give them up if you don't want to... but really, it's pretty childish if you ask me. I'd say find a time so all three of you can talk and just expain to them what you're feeling and why. If they're really your best friends, they'll listen and fix their behaviour. If not, then maybe it's time for a friend change.
