I noticed the other day that in my 91 Chevy Cavalier that the horn is not working and the lights inside/cigarette lighter stopped working. Is it possible that a fuse needs to be replaced, but would one fuse affect all those things?

What could it be besides a fuse?

No. The horn and lighter are high current draws and are never on the same fuse. The two things are probably unrelated.

One fuse can connect to alot of accessories so go thru your fuse box and look at which one is broken and replace with same fuse amp.

It could be more than one fuse, but I suspect it is at least one.

Yes,sometimes one fuse works several things.I`d guess that`s what your problem is with it.
