I once spilled an entire 1 oz. bottle of Super glue on my leg and I found the the best thing to remove it in terms of ease and cost is Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK). It dissolves the hardened acrylic (Super Glue is a Cyanoacrylate(CA) glue) then evaporates, I prefer MEK over acetone (Nail Polish remover) because it has a slower rate of evaporation so it has more time to dissolve the CA than the acetone has. To use the MEK, soak a paper towel in it so that it is dripping, then wipe it over the CA spill until it is gone, you may have to add more MEK or expose a new portion of the paper towel, but it will come off fast with no residue.
I have used Commercially available CA remover and it does not work nearly as fast or as well as pure MEK.
