i get light headed and dizzy i hate it could someone tell me what it is maybe just over working my lungs??? and how long will it take to get better??

In my opinion you don't mess around when you talk about when it hurts to breathe and not going away because it could be something serious. Go see your doctor tomorrow.

you do not over work your lungs so i suggest you go to the doctor and see what is the problem. next time skip motor cross its nothing but danger and al you ever get from that is a cheap little trophy. theuy are not worth it.

you may have something else wrong a pulled muscle or cracked ribs,, go see a dr for a chest x ray
