I want to get a psp soon, but i am not sure what it does, or how it works! I heard the standard memory stinks, and that you have to buy a larger memory card in order to enjoy all its features. What kinda memory card is it, and how much does it cost?

I had a PSP for a year until I got sick of it and sold it.
It's like any other handheld game system just has a lot better graphics. With it, you can upload music, pictures and videos with a USB cable. You can even browse the Internet with the right equipment.
The memory stick is a "Memory Stick PRO Duo" from Sony. They cost around $50, maybe cheaper, depending on where you go to buy one.

a good memory stick is like 50$ but dont buy a psp without one with one you can store tons of music movies and pictures on it. On mine i have one movie and 300 songs with still half of a 1 Gb memory stick left. I reccmend the 1gb or the 2gb memory stick duo you just have to shop around a little
