Thanks to unlv_engineer, I have more detail to add in retrospect...... The assumption that light travels at a constant speed has already been dealt with by physicists at Berk 4 years ago.... so it isn't a constant (mathm. alright so it is... but question).... the potential secondary time dimension may or may not be the sole time dimension (we understand that at this point there is only one)....what is the physical likelihood of crossing into and out of that dimension riding on a cosmic ripple in space as propoed by Susskind's Cosmic Landscape?
