I'm happily married but my husband keeps telling me he'll go back to his country (pakistan) and he'll take the baby with him so his family can meet him. He says he'll come back but I know it's not true...once they go back there with the kids (specially if they're boys) they NEVER come back.
Is there any way i can stop it from happening?, i mean, is it possible for my husband to take the baby to the airport and just fly away with my kid without my consent?, what can I do?
Please help, i'm really scared, i work and i fear coming back someday and not seeing my baby home again...

If you are legally and happily married as you mentioned and if your husband takes kids back home, in your case, to pakistan, there is nothing you can do to stop him cause he does not have any geogrophic restrictions. If you were divorced then it was a different story. The best you can do is file injunction against him but thats like you will make a call for the war.

I am from Canada...But here one parent cannot take the child out of the country without the others consent. But consent can be in the form of a notarized letter. So if he has the connections to fake something like that I would be careful. It is not easy but it can be done.

You need to have that specified in your custody agreement. And many times, one parent cannot leave the country without an affidavit with the other's permission. Do the kids have a passport? Do you have sole or joint custody?

Here's a consent form he would need signed in order to leave:

Yes, get the kid, leave and file for a divorce and make sure it states he can't take the kid out of the state you live in.
