Gemini corresponds to Horus. In Egyptian astrology, one of the twins is supposed to be young Horus and the other old Horus. I think Orion was Osiris.

There are lots of fun books on what is called archeo-astronomy. One of these about Egyptian archeoastronomy would probably make a good read for you.
