They allow their pains to awaken them to peace, love, and joy of life. How else would a person feel comfortable with being out going in most cases? I think just saying that they are optimistic misses a few points. They are also in my opinion likely to be inclusive people who generally aren't afraid you use their imagination openly to entertain people.
