Pads, pantiliners, or tampons and why?

I wear pads usually at night and tampons in the day time. No pantiliners too thin for my flow.

I wear tampons in the day and pads at night to sleep. I use pantiliners when my period is light :)

i use pads there so comfortable i think tampons hurt don't know never try them and pantiliners never tried them either

Pads for me. I have endometriois and a titled uterus and I was told by my obgyn not to use tampons.
