Well, it's the plastic piece that goes over the screw itself to keep it snug into the wall. Sorry, the name slips me at the moment?

laughing at the answer above portable drill, just picturing someone trying to use a drill press to remove screws.

try using a cordless drill with a Philips head screw bit, (star head).
if you missed the stud and the screw is just spinning use a putty knife under the head of screw and pry out as you turn the screw out.
try to remember: righty tighty, lefty loosie

If U have a cordless screwdriver charge it up until it's full of power. Select a bit according to the head & size of screw-phillips or flat head, attach the bit, & hold cordless driver firmly to the screw in dry wall, start slow with reverse & back out slowly till its half way out & finish removing at faster speed.

Really tough screws, I use a manual screw driver back & forth w/the cordless to keep from stripping the threads on the screw & the bit on the cordless.

I could not live w/o a cordless screwdriver in my house hold.

TURN YOUR DRILL TO COUNTER CLOCK WISE AND UNSCREW THEM. OR TURN YOUR DRILL IN REVERSE. IF THEY ARE RUSTED IN THE WOOD TAKE A PHILLIPS OR A STAR HEAD TIP (WHICH EVER TYPE OF SCREW HEAD YOU HAVE) SCREW DRIVER PUT THE SCREW DRIVER IN THE SLOT THEN TAKE A HAMMER AND HIT IT 2 OR 3 TIMES TO LOOSEN UP THE SCREW, DO NOT BEAT THE SCREW INTO THE DRY WALL, JUST HIT IT ENOUGH TO BREAK IT LOOSE. IF YOUR REDOING THE DRYWALL YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE THE SCREWS OUT. JUST PULL OF THE DRYWALL AND DISCARD IT AND GET A PAIR OF PLIERS AND BREAK THEM OFF THE SCREW IS VERY BRITTLE AND WILL BREAK EASY FLUSH SO YOU CAN INSTALL WHAT EVER TO YOUR STUDS.

If you are talking about the plastic piece in the wall, it's called a "wall anchor". Usually a pair of needle nose pliers will pull them out.

back out the screw, and remove, if you have to ask about this, you should hire a person. I don't mean to be a jerk, but my wife ask questions like this, and she always hurts herself.
