Lots of lube, and don't let him just start pumping right away... ease it in slowly, and relax your muscles as much as possible. Doggystyle with you butt as high as possible and your chest as low as possible is the best position. Instead of clenching, like you're trying to pinch a loaf, try pushing him out, like your trying to crap, and it'll go in a lot easier. You should be rubbing your clit during all this.

Have him go slow and use lube the first time. You also have to find a position that is comfortable for anal...sometimes the wrong position can make it very painful. Make sure you take a dump beforehand and wipe well...cuz that's just icky otherwise.

go to a "toy" store and get a narrow falsie or plug, and use that first to open things up. Use enough lube to make it slide, and go slow, especially at first. Unless you do it often enough to get used to it, yeah, it's going to be uncomfortable. Lots of girls don't do it, though guys wish they did.
