use bleach and water solution 4 water 1 bleach this will kill the mold then use a 4" grinder and cut a backwards v in cracks widest part of v should be inside of wall pack grooves with hydraulic cement mix small batches this stuff sets real quick smooth excess as you go this should fix your leaks but not your water problem for that go outside does the ground around your house slope away 6 inches down 8 feet out it should you might have to add earth or dig some out you never want water to settle next to your foundation if you have gutters add 10 foot extensions so water drains further away from foundation total cost of materials $50.00 to $100.00 I hope this helped good luck

I don't know how it is in America but in Britain we have to have a house surveyed by a qualified surveyor, If there is a problem with a house - like major damp - and they do not notify you they are held liable and can be sued. Certain kinds of fungi are very dangerous to health, have you called in a health expert to examine the mold and I do hope you have seen your doctor. If your health is at risk maybe you can get a grant from the public health sector. I cannot understand how the insurance can refuse you if the foundation is cracked it is structural and the damp is a secondary consideration. Have you tried this angle? I wish I could be of more help in Britain there are all kinds of grants you can get from local councils and government bodies. Your local city council should be able to help you if they can't maybe your welfare department will be able to give you the information on grants. I wish you all the very best and do hope that you can get some help.

You, My friend have a real problem. My daughter and her husbands house is in the same shape. She personally got a humidifier and let it run with fans going for days in her basement. Then she started scrubbing the walls with a 5% solution of bleach and warm water, then soap (Dawn dish soap, antibacterial) after all this was dry she than sprayed the walls with Lysol. They're not to bad now and she keeps up with them

She's a surgical nurse and I'm a Med Lab Technologist and we both know the mold was making her two daughters ill.
Free help? I just don't know, just Lot's of work.

john maybe i know you, from Plainville, ct here....same problem and sadly at present......slowly ripping out the ENTIRE finished basement... Nothing else you can do....it has to go....as far as the cracks....if not that bad you might be ok......simply buy at Home depot a concrete plug ,mix....comes in a can and add water and it plugs all concrete pretty well, but it works fast, gotta do this quick.....if its a huge crack you have to determine if it presents a danger to the house...and if it does..go after the insurance company for even tho they say its denied you can file with the dept of consumer protection complaint

My sister and brother in legislation had a proper instantaneous household handiest marriage ceremony. VERY Small, twenty folks tops. Than a couple of months later that they had a reception within the nearby park for the relaxation of the household and peers. Another choice to simply invite household to the marriage ceremony and dinner and feature an open reception after the dinner
