You are required change your eating habits and do some exercise which sometimes is very difficult but it can be done. You need have some motivation to do that. Good motivations could be to improve your health and physical appearance. You will look for many excuses for not following your plans. It is a matter of your desire to improve yourself and your perseverance. You have to look for someone to have company with in your exercise sessions. A diet specialist can be of great help to make you follow a plan for a lower calorie consumption .

well its hard for everyone to loss weight all you have to do is eat better and ecserize a little everyday

well, your weight changes every so often. It goes from one amount to another in a minute so that makes it harder.
