It depends on how the date went. Dragon has kissed on the first date, not like tonsil hockey or anything, just a sweet kiss on the lips, no tongue or anything. It was very nice. :) But Dragon and her date also clicked quite well on the date, so that affects it too.

It depends how old you are, If you are under 16 then no if not then you are old enough to make the move and not get so involved and hurt if it doesnt work out.
