What we tend to see when we look into the eyes of others - besides seeing the details of their eyes and detecting basic emotional states and personality traits (i.e. forming judgmental conclusions) - is the reflective projection of our own consciousness.

Your question might be a little Brod, in a sense there is many things to see. But if you look into the eyes of a person you know, you can see true happiness, sadness, discomfort...many things.. Everytime i see something wrong with my buds I try to help them in the best way as I can.. I always want to be there for them and aid them.. You know.. sit down serious convos most of time...
But If you see what you think is sadness in the eyes of a person.. then try to help them out.. try to listen to them inside, for what they really want is a person by their side for the time.. or maybe they just want to be left alone.. so you might need to give them their space.
Now in stranger terms.. if it is a person you DO NOT KNOW... and that erie look that gives you shivers down your spine.. all I can say.. Is not to look at them in the EYE AT ALL!! everyone will say that to you.. Disregard them and walk away.. remember, this is only for if it is a stranger...
Hope this works out for you..
Have fun..
