Replace them.

It all depends on how bad they are. I've had this problem at several places. If there not to bad, take them out and turn them over. If they won't work this way after you screw them down, you'll have to replace them.

Your best bet is to replace them. Lots of new decking material out there now. Trex etc...

cheapest way would be to take them up flip them over and screw them down with galvanized deck screws.

put plywood over them and add weight to straighten them out, and then SCREW them into the deck....not nail
