Everyday is sunny in Minneapolis! (Not because I live there or anything)

Why do you ask? Could you be a little more specific? Like do you mean without any sun, or cloudy?

http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/climate/online/ccd/pctposrank.txt says there is sunshine 58% of the year which is about 212 days out of the year. (365.25*.58 = 211.845 days)
