I work at ASK.com I am doing some investigative resource analysist on the proper way to answer questions. I feel that I can help them the most by accessing this procedure. The knowledge I attain from this will allow future wastefullness of the employees I supervise.

what's the scenario? its because you are working hard? Maybe you just more dedicated rather tham them but they also try to exercise their job accordingly why should you call them wasting time. I guess that's not the right term fo that. You are more serious with your job and you deserve an award.
