it plays on the other pc but when its transferred via network it becomes choppy and it only happens with videos that uses high graphics like cgi anime but doesnt for normal movies. again this only happens when transferred via netwrk

That problem is due to the "lack" of Video Memory and/or Sdram Memory. If you'll increase those, you'd be surprised how much better it will work. Also, different drives operate at different speeds and use different types of formatting. The older the device, the slower it will run, naturally. Todays faster and better rom drives can run much much faster and cover a larger range of formats that it can understand. By matching the rom drives in both computers could easily eliminate the problem. Larry RadioShack 01-9590

This is because both computers are not at the same speed. For example. If I record an audio file on my computer and then play it on my dads it sounds horrible because the speed of our computers are different.
