No it is not.
It is, however, natural for parents to have UNACTED UPON sexual fantasies about their children's friends once they reach about 18 (my child and I have a "hunk scoring system"!)
Seriously if your Mom is acting in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, figure out WHY you feel uncomfortable. Your feelings or attitudes may have changed. Is your body changing and you are no longer welcoming Mom to be around all the time? If so you need to tell her that you want privacy, please.
If her actions have changed recently, I hope that you can talk to her about it. The word "uncomfortable" is a great one - I feel uncomfortable when you ... and I would like you to respect me and stop doing it." If she doesn't stop, I hope that you have someone you can talk to. A counselor at school, a family member, a church youth counselor.
The MINUTE this crosses the line and becomes physical, you must go to someone. But I hope you won't let it get there.

No it is absolutely not normal. If your mom has touched you in any sexual manner, she has committed a crime, contact a trusted adult, or the police. Even if she hasn't "touched" you, if she is making comments that you think are sexual, contact a trusted adult. I was abused as a child (by a grandparent), I talked to the school counselor. It may be a good idea to see him/her, sometimes it's easier to talk about this with someone who doesn't know the person who is abusing you. If you are being abused, they can also help you decide what step to take next.

No, it's not normal. You should first find out if she really DOES have sexual fantasies ( I highly doubt it but you never know these days ) And if she does tell a close relative or you dad or whatever and get some help for that.

No, this isn't normal. You should talk to an adult you trust such as a teacher or a guidance counselor at school. It could be true that your mom is acting weird or it could just be how you are percieving her actions.

im not a parent, but this is not normal. You could wait a little while and see if it stops, or if its been going on for a while, then you need to go to a trusted adult, counselor, teacher, family member, or the police and tell them that you are uncomfortable with this. They will help you.

No, it is not normal, but what exactly makes you think that? Is it something that has been said or done to you? I am not too sure what 'kinda weird' means to you.
