its only hot if you are fierce a girly girl wouldn't look good at all with her lip pieced so it just depends on ur style. i wouldn't look goo with one and rather my boyfriend not have one either

not hot.. and besides, can you imagine growing up a little more and still having the lip ring.. or a scar in place of the hole in your lip?
