check out baby center.com they give you week by week information on all this stuff. Although keep in mind, all babys are different and they won't all be the same at different stages. The bigger the baby the better. This means the baby is healthier. good luck.

Yes that seems a bit big. For 20 weeks (about 5 months) a baby should be about 9oz. That is far from 2 lbs. I have enclosed a link to show you the avg size a baby should be during fetal development.

If you doctor isnt worried about size then I wouldnt worry either.

Those ultrasounds do not give an accurate weight of the baby, it's just an estimate. If your doctor said it's okay, relax!

no if you are 5months then the weight is just right. at this stage of your pregnancy you and your baby will start gaining more weight. eat well and by the time you deliver your baby should weigh around 8lbs.

If the professional said it was okay, why would you question it? In particular, why would you ask a bunch of strangers about it?

It's not too big.
Why would you need an IV for pain?

Is an actual size/weight chart. If your doc said you're fine, chances are you're fine.
