why is it that someone in an NTL cabled street don't avail themselves of it ? They go to elaborate lengths to avoid them, why ?

u didn't by chance play a game eons ago, called xenon mega blast?
anyway that aside.
NTL r the pits because they have the nerve 2 admit there's problems with their service, but will ONLY pay compensation after the problem is fixed!
they simply don't fix the problem.
we needed a bigger cable from their junction-box in the street 2 our house 2 cope with the added demand.
they never did replace it and we never did get compensated, there were good times/bad times 2 access the Internet.
soon as the kids kicked outta school and the service went from bearable 2 down-right useless!
they went in2 receivership almost instantly after we'd
signed the contract and ripped us and other customers off 2 pay off their debts.

I can honestly say that i have been with NTL for 8 years and i have never had a problem . the only time i had to ring them was when i moved home and needed to transfare my phone/cable/broadband over to the new address ! Other members of my family have used other suppliers ( bt etc ) and had nothing but problems with the service they provide ! i have recommend ntl to loads of people and they have never had any problem`s either ! ( And NO i do not work for them )

The Firm NTL are not nice employers, they are as mean as a Junk yard Dog, my brother works for them and they lied to him to get him to work for them, and then contracted their job out.
They are crap, don't use them.

Oh and instead of sending out a message when their network is down they let you ring a premium number, even though their employees tell them it is possible to inform customers. "££££" Scum.

Beacause NTL are awful. I was with them once and had nothing but hassle. They were the worst company I have ever had dealings with.
