His name if William Blake and he worked for the governmant. He lived in Maine 1995 1997. He moved to Germany in 1997-1998 and we dont no where he is and we want to find him and contact him. she loves him.

does he own any property in the US? Do you know any other info on him? If he owns property, if you know where it is then there is a way to get on the county of the properties website and find out the address. you could send a letter. Other than that....there are many locating services that you could pay a fee too in order to find him. Also....if you have a credit card and are willing to pay the fee, you can go to Westlaw.com and do a person search. If they have any updated info on him it will be there.

Maybe try contacting the last place you know he worked, etc. and ask if they have forwarding address info. Odds are they won't give it to you, but maybe they will forward a message.
