Are they called grease pens? I can't find any listed at Froogle. Please help.

For example, a car wash place or a used car dealer would use such a pen to write in large letters on a car.

Why do you want to write on the window? Is it to sell? To mark up a friends car? They make fat water resistant, but washable paint stick that comes in lots of colors. Not sure about online, but you can pick up something like this at Wal-mart or most auto part stores...pepboys, autozone, etc.

A grease pencil (not grease pen) is very thin and often used for auctions or by auto dealers to write small words or identifying marks on a windshield. You can get these at office depot or staples.
