If you can get hold of a Filipino paper, you will see lots of shops listed selling Filipino foods.
None of them will have all the foods all of the time, it depends on many factors.
Phone one or two local ones to see if they have some Goldilock's products.
If you live in the Hounslow area near Heathrow, one of the shops will have some, a few times a year. Try "Neighbours" first near the tube station, it is run by a Filipino family, they usually keep a good stock of Filipino grocery items.
