Usually on ebay or at a secondhand/thrift store, you might be able to find one at a movie/game store if they take trade ins.

Used video game stores, pawn shops, Ebay. If you ar REALLY cheap, you could just get an emulator like ZSNES and play super nintendo games on your PC.

Try game stop and places like that, they sell refurbished games and game decks for a reasonable price.
