How will the Baby boomer generation feel about couching the Gen X & Y workers in businesses and institutions?

Also, What will happen when all the knowledge of people that have been at the buisnesses or institutuins retire and walk out of the doors?

I've never seen any real problem with the issue, except in companies or careers where a significant percentage of people are near-retirement. An example is cardiac surgeons, of which the AMA estimates up to 50% will retire in the next decade.

Every business has to deal with knowledgable people either retiring or moving on to other companies - it's part of business. Businesses that fail to ensure redundancy and knowledge transfer...fail.
