MLA style?
Book:
Lohan, Lindsay. I Have no Talent. Boston: McGraw-Hill, 1999.
(the book title: "I Have No Talent," has to be underlined and mcgraw-hill is the publishing company)
Website is a little tricky and i've found that every teacher likes it a different way. Look online for how to do it.

You can find directions by searching MLA format bibliography. Personally I would recommend going to www.easybib.com that's how I write all of my bibliographies. They set up the bibliography for you all you have to do is type in the information!

easybib.com is the best thing out there for citing sources. it has options for everything, and all you have to do is fill out the details. its free, and it even has an annotations option.
