Im trying to find a new cell phone without signing up with a new contract. Im am not eligible for any upgrades at the moment. Please help!

1 time i wanted a new cell so i kept my old phone and bought the new 1. but u cant inform ur network that u got a new phone. but all of what i said is useless if u want to get a different network

You can get a phone online with a pay as you go plan. You still get free cell to cell and nights/weekends with one of the plans. The phone lets you know what your balance is and when to recharge.
