Ordering first we get:
-2 2/3 , -3/2 , -1.4 , 4/3 , 11/8

(-3/2)(4/3)= -2

least to greatest: -2 2/3 (=-2.67), -3/2 (=-1.5), -1.4, 4/3 (=1.33), 11/8 (=1.375)

second = -3/2
fourth = 4/3

product = (-3/2)*(4/3) = -2 (the 3's cancel)
