Back in the early 90's I saw a movie and it had a guy in prison who thought he was a VCR. He would do a scene saying some lines and jumping on and over tables, then he would say "Rewind" and do the entire thing backwards, sound and all. Please help

It wasn't Ace Ventura. It was around 1991 or '92 when I saw it

Ace Ventura...Jim Carey did that but he didn't think he was a VCR...he did some sort of 'Instant Replay'

My only guess would be Ace Venture when he is in the mental hospital, but he doesnt think he is a VCR.
