We don't know yet. The presidential election will occur in 2008. Moves are now being made by several people from both major parties to position themselves for a run at the presidency. My guess, and this is only a guess, it may be Hillary Clinton for the Democrats vs John McCain for the Republicans. But we will just have to wait and see.

There is no 2. Many are considering running or are forming exploritory commitees. Duncan Hunter, John Mc Cain, Evan Bayh, Hillary Clinton, Mit Romney are just a few of the early names floating.
