Yes...time was here before us. And maybe an animal couldn't say, "it's a quarter to twelve, time for lunch!" They certainly know when mating season is!

Time existed before humanity did, dear. So, the answer is Yes.
And time will still exist after humanity is gone.

well firstly that would all depend what your asking here? if your pressing on the age old philosiphical question that is never really answerable i.e "if a tree falls in the forest and nobody hears it there dose it make a sound?" the simple anwser to that question without debate is no it dosnt make a sound, I have observed and questioned this for a long time and thats my personal perception and answer to the question.
if what your asking of time and is it there if we are igronant to it, if you are speaking of the everyday knowledge of time passing then of course time ceases to exist without us keeping an eye on it. but if you speak of the space and time constant then it is debated weather time exists at all anyway and possibly it is not time that is passing it is you and energy that are passing though time and space so to conclude I would say (given my view here) that no time wouldn't exist without humanity or any matter in the universe. (not that we really care anyway since we would all be dead) lol

Yes. Even now humanity does not exist (at least not so much as it appears). Humans are in plenty, but not humanity.

Yes. We have next to no effect on spacetime... however, Heisenberg's uncertainty principal (which has all but been proven) makes it clear that you cannot observe something without effecting it, so we are most likely changing the passage of time somehow.

of course it would exist. it may not be called Time, and it may not be measured the same way by the dominant intelligent species, but it will still exist.

No, time is merely an illusion used to keep the world in order. Time would pass, but not in years or decades.

who says that time really exists? If it does exist, is it the same for a mosquito(48 hour life span) as it is for a human (80+lifespan).

Check your clocks after we've either been hit by an asteroid or wiped ourselves off the face of the earth. That should answer your question.

Yes, so that when we appeared, we could use science and fossil records to find out what happened before we came.
