Does that new Wii Nintendo system play the Gamecube nintendo games?

I have like 300$ worth of games invested into the Gamecube consule.I really like nintendo and I want the new nintendo Wii but not if I have to buy all new games for it.

You don't have to worry one bit. In fact, all Gamecube games are indeed compatible with the Nintendo Wii, so none of your gamecube games are gone to waste.

The Wii will be completely backwards compatible with all Gamecube games, and has 4 Gamecube controller ports and 2 Gamecube memory slots.

Note though that Gamecube games can only be played and saved using the Gamecube accessories.

Yes it does. The retroactive technology lets you play Gamecube games on it too. You can also put in a gamecube memory card, because it has a slot for that, too. If you want to play games that are from before the Gamecube, you can also download them, but you have to pay about $5 for each game you download. The Wii is a great system to have!!!
