In Texas, lol , for that price you get a crew of illegals, and they will get paid five dollars a board. Do yourself a favor buy the board your self and find a crew that will do it and offer them 12 or 13 bucks and your set.

I live and work trades in Central FL,,, First of all hangers and finishers, should be two different crews.

I charge between $25 and $40 per hour, plus anywhere from $9 to $15 per hour for my help. That could equate to an hourly charge of $55 per hour, including prep and cleanup.

There is no "going rate" strictly. Certainly there are standards, but depending on the contractor, code issues, etc. etc. etc.

It really depends on the area you are in. In the Waco Texas area it is going for $20.01 per sheet (32 square feet) for 1/2" sheetrock on the walls and $24.70 per sheet (32 square feet) for 5/8" sheetrock on the ceiling.

In the area of Florida that I live in, it's around 55.00 per board. That's hanging, three trips for mud and sanding.
