Has anyone had a baby born with cricopharyngeal dysfunction?

My baby was born at 33 weeks gestation, and is now 7 weeks old. He has a complex heart defect and has cricopharyngeal dysfunction. I want information on treatment and life in general with anyone who has had a baby born with this. His heart defects are DILV, TGA, and pulmonary stenosis, with the BT shunt done on Oct 25.
