hello. well i can help you. he is a shy guy who wants to maybe tell you he likes you but thinks you don't. so you have to smile with him and show him you are interested in him. then he will feel confident and talk to you

Why don't you strike up a conversation? He is probably shy and nervous.....just open up and smile......take a chance. Nothing to lose for you.

if he wont talk, it's becos he is shy. y not reduce the tension by talking to him and who knows what could happen next!

maybe he's shy and also doesn't think you like him... flirt with him a little and see if he responds... smile at him, make an eye contact and say hi to him...
