on the inside of my outer/large labia.

i would say it's a bit smaller than the tip of my pinky. It's not wart or pimple like, or ingrown hair. if i pinch my labia i can feel all the way around it at it is thin.
i know i need to see a doctor but anyone have any ideas before i go so i know what to expect.

It doesnt itch, burn, and it's not visable.

I also would go see your doc for a check-up.
It is difficult to diagnose your symtoms without proper testing.
