I walked quite a bit on holiday a week ago and since then have had terrible pain in my knees. I have not injured or hurt myself and would like to know what is causing the pain and how to fix it. The pain is worse when walking up/downstair. I have had no swelling or redness at any stage. I have been to the Doctor twice and they are unable to tell me what is wrong. Any ideas?

I'm not sure whats wrong, but I reccommend talking cod liver oil and glucosamine (safe to take together) as these are good for your joints.
