HCG levels will decline after you miscarry. but i started bleeding 10/5 - i had a blighted ovum - did pass anything until 10/29 - after that my levels were 0 - but prior to that they (hcg levels) were decreasing slowly!

No, he didn't tell me to wait a cycle.

I have a 6 year old son - before i was pregnant w/ him, i found i was pregnant in november 99 - miscarried december 99 - found out i was pregnant again in january 00 and he is now 6 years old and beautiful and VERY healthy!

Dont listen to these people...My doctor is the best in my county and he said the only reason docs advise you to wait a cycle or more to try again is so it will be easier to estimate your due date when you do get pregnant. I had a miscarriage in July of 06 and my doc said I could try again right away if I was emotionally ready.

To answer your question...If you just miscarried on 10/29, I dont think you could be pregnant already. But every woman is different and some ovulate sporadically so I guess anything is possible. Just make sure your symptoms dont get worse just in case these are all symptoms of infection.Good luck and God bless.

I'm confused about normal hcg levels. When you miscarry, your hcg levels should be zero.

If you did in fact have a miscarriage, didn't your doctor tell you to wait one cycle before ttc again?

I would make an appointment with your dr and let him/her know about your symptoms. I definitely think a follow up visit is necessary.

Hmm...I'm surprised your doctor didn't advise you to wait at least 3 months before trying again - this is standard practice. Usually getting pregnant so close to a miscarriage results in a higher incident rate of another miscarriage.

If you miscarried a few weeks ago you should not have been having sex for at least a few more weeks. Having been through this several times myself, you could have an infection from having sex to early. You really need to talk to your doctor.

When you went to the dr. did he say you were pregnant or did you miscarry? You question is very confusing.
