Keep in mind that this is swimming laps for the full 30 minutes or cheerleading for 30 minutes. Not playing, waiting, talking to friends or doing something easier. If you're doing less work, you're burning less calories.

If you cut down on your Fat intake,you'll see a difference and do exercise more.
