Monistat is an antifungal creme/pill.

Active Ingredients: Miconazole Nitrate 2%-100mg in each applicator (Vaginal Antifungal), External Cream: Miconazole Nitrate 2% (Vaginal Antifungal)

Inactive Ingredients: Benzoic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Myristate, Ppolysorbate 60, Potassium Hydroxide, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Stearyl Alcohol

No it's not an antibiotic, its basically an anti fungal cream

Monistat is available in several formulations, including Monistat 3 vaginal suppositories, Monistat 7 vaginal cream and suppositories, and Monistat-Derm skin cream. Monistat's active ingredient, Miconazole, fights fungal infections.
